SUPPLICATION FOR CURE FROM ALL DANGEROUS AND GENERAL DISEASE / ILLNESS:

Recite from heart and all belief.

اللہم صل علا محمد بعدد کل د ا و دوا و بارک وسلم    

Then Recite one time Surah Fatiha.

سُوۡرَةُ الفَاتِحَة بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ (١) ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِينَ (٢) ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ (٣) مَـٰلِكِ يَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ (٤) إِيَّاكَ نَعۡبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسۡتَعِينُ (٥) ٱهۡدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٲطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمَ (٦) صِرَٲطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ غَيۡرِ ٱلۡمَغۡضُوبِ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ (٧)

Surah Al-Fatiha In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1) Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, (2) The Beneficent, the Merciful. (3) Owner of the Day of Judgment, (4) Thee (alone) we worship; Thee (alone) we ask for help. (5) Show us the straight path, (6) The path of those whom Thou hast favoured. Not (the path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. (7)

سورة الفَاتِحَة شروع الله کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے (۱) سب تعریفیں الله کے لیے ہیں جو سب جہانوں کا پالنے والا ہے (۲) بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا (۳) جزا کے دن کا مالک (۴) ہم تیری ہی عبادت کرتے ہیں اور تجھ ہی سے مدد مانگتے ہیں (۵) ہمیں سیدھا راستہ دکھا (۶) اُن لوگوں کا راستہ جن پر تو نے انعام کیا نہ جن پر تیرا غضب نازل ہوا اور نہ وہ گمراہ ہوئے (۷)

Al Quran

سُوۡرَةُ یُونس

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلنَّاسُ قَدۡ جَآءَتۡكُم مَّوۡعِظَةٌ۬ مِّن رَّبِّڪُمۡ وَشِفَآءٌ۬ لِّمَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ وَهُدً۬ى وَرَحۡمَةٌ۬ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ 

اے لوگو تمہارے رب سے نصیحت اور دلوں کے روگ کی شفا تمہارے پاس آئی ہے اور ایمان داروں کے لیے ہدایت اور رحمت ہے

Surah Yunus
O mankind! There has come to you a good advice from your Lord (i.e. the Qur'an, enjoining all that is good and forbidding all that is evil), and a healing for that (disease of ignorance, doubt, hypocrisy and differences,) Which is in your breasts, - a guidance and a mercy (explaining lawful and unlawful things) for the believers. (57)

Muslims believe that we have cure for every disease in Quran as mentioned in verse 57 of chapter 10 Surah Yunus.

Surah Al-Anbiya

 ربی أَنِّى مَسَّنِىَ ٱلضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرۡحَمُ ٱلرَّٲحِمِينَ

"O my Lord Verily, distress has seized me, and You are the Most Merciful of all those who show mercy." (83)

میرے رب  مجھے روگ لگ گیا ہے حالانکہ تو سب رحم کرنے والوں  سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والا ہے 

This is the dua (supplication) of Hazrat Ayub A.S which He asked  in trouble, pain and sickness And ALLAH granted him cure, health and peace in life. Ask this dua if you are in any problem or illness.
