Dua when you become angry


Effective tips for anger management in Islam

1. Anger is the cause of many disease that's why be care of anger and don't get angry.
غصہ سے وہ بیماریا ں ہوتی ہیں جو لا علاج ہوتی ہیں.اس لیے ہوشیار رہیں اور غصہ نہ کریں۔
2.Recite Aozo Billah -e Mina Sh Shaitan niRajeem when you get angry and recite it till 40 days daily.
غصہ انے پر بار بار اعوذ باللہ من اشیطان الرجیم پڑہے.
3. Forgive people, ALLAH Tabarak Wa TA'Ala will forgive you.
لوگوں کو معاف کر دیں اللہ آپ کو معاف کرے گا۔
4.Please bee patient when getting angry, if you are standing up then sit down, if sitting then lay down.
صبر کریں . اگر کھڑے ہیں تو بیٹھ جاءیں اور اگر بیٹھیں ہیں تو لیت جای
5.Do ablution when getting angry.
غصہ آنے پر وضو کریں
6. Drink 2 glass of water immediately.
پانی کے دو گلاس کو فوری طور پر پیو
PS: People who get angry oftenly, offer two rakats of Salatul Hajaat and pray to ALLAH to be saved from anger.
جن لوگوں کو غصہ بہت آتا ہو انھیں چاہیے کہ دو رکعت صلوۃ الحاجات ادا کیا کریں اور  سے دعا کریں کہ وہ حنھیں غصہ سے نجات دے
