القرآن 

Al Quran

سُوۡرَةُ یُونس

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلنَّاسُ قَدۡ جَآءَتۡكُم مَّوۡعِظَةٌ۬ مِّن رَّبِّڪُمۡ وَشِفَآءٌ۬ لِّمَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ وَهُدً۬ى وَرَحۡمَةٌ۬ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ 

اے لوگو تمہارے رب سے نصیحت اور دلوں کے روگ کی شفا تمہارے پاس آئی ہے اور ایمان داروں کے لیے ہدایت اور رحمت ہے

Surah Yunus
O mankind! There has come to you a good advice from your Lord (i.e. the Qur'an, enjoining all that is good and forbidding all that is evil), and a healing for that (disease of ignorance, doubt, hypocrisy and differences,) Which is in your breasts, - a guidance and a mercy (explaining lawful and unlawful things) for the believers. (57)

Muslims believe that we have cure for every disease in Quran as mentioned in verse 57 of chapter 10 Surah Yunus.

Surah Al-Anbiya

 ربی أَنِّى مَسَّنِىَ ٱلضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرۡحَمُ ٱلرَّٲحِمِينَ

"O my Lord Verily, distress has seized me, and You are the Most Merciful of all those who show mercy." (83)

میرے رب  مجھے روگ لگ گیا ہے حالانکہ تو سب رحم کرنے والوں  سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والا ہے 

This is the dua (supplication) of Hazrat Ayub A.S which He asked  in trouble, pain and sickness And ALLAH granted him cure, health and peace in life. Ask this dua if you are in any problem or illness.

Why to Supplicate?

وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِى عَنِّى فَإِنِّى قَرِيبٌ‌ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعۡوَةَ ٱلدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ‌ۖ فَلۡيَسۡتَجِيبُواْ لِى وَلۡيُؤۡمِنُواْ بِى لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡشُدُونَ (١٨٦

Surah Al-Baqara

And when My servants question thee concerning Me, then surely I am nigh. I answer the prayer of the suppliant when he crieth unto Me. So let them hear My call and let them trust in Me, in order that they may be led aright. (186)

سورة البَقَرَة
اور جب آپ سےمیرے بندے میرے متعلق سوال کریں تو میں نزدیک ہوں دعاا کرنے والے کی دعا قبول کرتا ہوں جب وہ مجھے پکارتا ہے پھر چاہیئے کہ میرا حکم مانیں اور مجھ پر ایمان لائیں تاکہ وہ ہدایت پائیں 186

سُوۡرَةُ المؤمن / غَافر
وَقَالَ رَبُّڪُمُ ٱدۡعُونِىٓ أَسۡتَجِبۡ لَكُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ عَنۡ عِبَادَتِى سَيَدۡخُلُونَ جَهَنَّمَ دَاخِرِينَ 60

Surah Ghafir

And your Lord says: "Call on Me; I will answer your (Prayer): But those who are too arrogant to serve Me will surely find themselves in Hell in humiliation!" (60)

سورة المؤمن / غَافر
اور تمہارے رب نے فرمایا ہے مجھے پکارو میں تمہاری دعا قبول کروں گا بے شک جو لوگ میری عبادت سے سرکشی کرتے ہیں عنقریب وہ ذلیل ہو کر دوزخ میں داخل ہوں گے

Supplications in Quran:
These verses explains the reasons of why we should we supplicate to ALLAH. These verses give the answer of the question that why should we supplicate? ALLAH does not need our supplications, we need supplications for our needs. We need everything in our life, we need the help of ALLAH for guidance, for health, for wisdom, for success, for everything.

Supplication to be saved from enemies

اللهُمَّ إِنَّا نَجْعَلُكَ في نُحُورِهِِمْ، وَنَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شُرُورِهِمْ،

Allahumma inna naj'aluka fi nuhoorihim, wa na'udhu bika min shuruurihim.

O Allah! We want Your help against them and seek Your protection against their atrocities.

ا ے الله ! ہم اپ کو ان دشمنوں کے مقابلے میں کرتے ہیں اور ان کے شر سے آپ کی پناہ مانگتے ہیں 

This is the dua (supplication) for saving from enemies and for the difficult times of life when you feel danger from any person. Dua for protection from evils. Recite a tasbih after every fardh namaz (prayer) or by the whole day with or without ablation.

This means we give our enemies in front of ALLAH who is the best protector of us and we ask protection against the evils of enemies.
